A Wilmington Island couple patiently awaits their dream home in style.
Brandi and Ryan O’Kelley were relatively new to life in the South when they decided to build their forever home on the Wilmington Island waterfront. To allow time to adjust to life in the Lowcountry, the Arkansas natives decided to start small, beginning with the construction of their guest cottage.
A Purcellville-based custom building firm announced recently it has joined Alair Homes, a national construction management franchise.
By becoming a part of Alair Homes, Matthew Bowe Design Build now has a new name: Alair Homes Hunt Country, according to a statement from Matthew Bowe.
“It’s a very exciting for homeowners when their house is awarded a Platinum Certification from EarthCraft,” said Shuster. “The EarthCraft House program recognizes homes that are sourced, constructed and designed to reduce environmental impacts.
Collaboration is key for Alair Homes, and for the first time in more than a year, building industry partners came together in person during the 2021 Alair Florida Regional Builder Conference. More than sixty Alair partners, project managers, and partner candidates traveled from all over the country to attend the conference.
